Do you offer Fitness classes?

Yes, La Mon fitness studio hosts 20+ fitness classes a week. Free for all members, they include Pilates, Yoga, Spin class, Circuits and much more. Book your fitness class by clicking HERE or by calling The Country Club Team:

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the class commences

Do you have personal trainers and how much would a personal training session cost?

Yes, at La Mon Country Club we have a range of qualified personal trainers, depending on your fitness goals. You must be a member to use our personal training service. Sessions start at £30 per session. You can book HERE  or by contcting our team directly:

Do you need to wear a swim cap in the pool?

Yes, to ensure your health and safety we require all guests and members to wear a swim-cap. If you forget to bring a one, the Country Club team sell caps for £3.

What changing facilities are available at La Mon Country Club?

To ensure your comfort and privacy, our changing rooms offer lockers (which operate with a pound coin, which is returned after use), showers, toilet, hairdryers, and baby changing facilities.
