With 20 classes offered every week, La Mon Hotel & Country Club provides fitness classes for all levels and abilities:

BALANCE

Yoga- improve flexibility, increase range of motion and build resilience, strength and stamina in this free-flowing de-stress

Pilates- strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility with low-impact exercises

Zumba- a fun mix of low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party

Chi Me- a simplified and accessible form of Tai Chi that improves good posture, strength and balance with slow controlled movement

 

MODERATE

Trim & Tone- a fantastic calorie burning workout, great for those who want to get fit and raise their stamina with aerobic exercise

Reshape- have fun while reshaping areas you don't like and building the areas you want, in a fun and encouraging environment

Aqua Aerobics- using water resistance you will get a good low-impact cardiovascular workout

 

INTENSE

Gym Strength- using gym equipment we will build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, burn calories

Bootcamp- an intense interval training workout to boost strength and endurance using bodyweight exercises and light weights

Spin- a high intensity and enjoyable workout that gets you motivated and the endorphins flowing

 

JUNIOR

Junior Fitness- a supervised session for 11-15 year olds to gain experience in the gym and enjoy their fitness
